Motorola will substitute the RAZR with an all new KRZR, a phone with a great design, 2 megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth and a lot of other features.

The KRZR is much smaller than the RAZR and weights less, being very comfortable to keep in hand and use. The displays are of low quality. The external one is very difficult to read, because of it’s glossy surface. The keypad is easy to touch and great for fingers, made from an excellent material.

It’s 2 megapixel camera takes very low quality photos and doesn’t have macro or autofocus. The photos are made ina very low quality in comparison with it’s competitors 2 megapixel cameras.

It’s sound is not quite loud and there is no port for headphones, while the MP3 player is also a low quality one, so about it’s sound we could say it’s also a very low quality aspect.

Motorola KRZR’s most important aspect that has been improved seems to be the design, other parts lacking, like the camera, sound, menu or software.

The Samsung SPH-M500 is a  decent low-end multimedia phone, with not much expectations. It’s slim phone, but with an old style design.

It has a 1.3 megapixel camera that can take 1280 x 960 photos, but the quality is very low and it misses a flash, which makes it almost impossible to be used during night. It has a low internal memory, but, fortunately, it can be extended using the microSD memory card slot.

There’s not much to say about this phone, because it doesn’t have many features. The sound and video quality is really low and it’s talk time is about 3.5 hours. It also comes with a Bluetooth, for music or other data transfer with other mobile phone or pc.

If it was to rate it, it deserves a 6 out of 10.

Sony Ericsson K790a is a good looking mobile phone, with a high quality camera. It is first Sony Ericsson’s Cyber Shot phone, with a 3.2 megapixel camera.

It’s design remains simple and good looking, but the case doesn’t seem to carry shocks very easy.

The display is a high quality one, with 262,000 colors, at a 240 x 320 pixels resolution. The phone has a relatively low internal memory, but, fortunately, can be increased with a Memory Stick Micro.

As the Walkman models from Sony Ericsson, K790a has a music player that let’s you play a lot of file formats at high quality and a key that opens it directly.

As a general review, the phone seems to be a quality one, with a great camera, can hold 1000 contacts, play videos. It;s minus is the operating system and it’s sizes, that are a bit bigger than it should. It’s price, approximated at $499 is a bit high.

Sony Ericsson has released another Walkman Phone, now with a slider. The W850 has a high quality 2″ QVGA display, 3G technology with video calls and a 2 megapixel camera, that misses autofocus.

It is neither a slim or a cheap phone, but it can playback music at high fidelity and you can use your own headphones, due to it’s 3.5 mm standard jack. The phone also has the latest version of Sony Ericsson music player.

The navigation button is tricky to use and can stress you and the Walkman button can easily be pressed by mistake.  Those are it’s negative parts, but the alphanumeric keypad’s buttons are very soft and easy to press that writing a phone number or a message can become a pleasure.

The phone’s software is very easy to use and operative, unfortunately it doesn’t have any operating system, like Windows Mobile or Symbian. But that would have made the phone hardly to use and would request much more experience. This is for light users that only need a phone to make calls, write and read messages, listen to music or play. Not using complex softwares.

It’s a great music phone. The music player can play a lot of file formats ( MP3, AAC, AAC+, E-AAC+, WAV, WMA, M4A and MIDI ) and is very easy to use. You could even use the phone to supply music to a party or something like that, using the 3.5 mm standard jack and the music player.

The 2 megapixel camera takes good quality photos, but bad looking, low resolution video clips. You can use all it’s transfer options to send the pictures or movies, or everything you want to your friends or relatives or directly to your pc. And it has some, like Bluetooth, Infrared and USB.

Sony Ericsson W850 is a great phone, recommended especially for music lovers, that want both a high quality mp3 player and a mobile phone into one piece and that has also got a modest 2MP camera, can play games and navigate the internet.
