We’ve been watching the W950 for a while now and it appears that it’s going to be finally available. 4GB of storage space let’s it out-Nano the Nano and the styling is a massive improvement over the sherbet accident that was the original Walkman phone. The W950 also has push email, improved graphics, and is running Symbian v9.1 and UIQ 3.0, meaning this is more of a smart phone than your average candybar.

This 11.4mm thin 3G phone comes equipped with a 1.3MP camera and a privacy angle screen to prevent those nosey prying eyes from viewing your phone activity. National Geographic has launched National Geographic Talk Abroad Travel Phone, designed specifically for the needs of the traveling public, allowing affordable calls from over 100 countries, with no contracts to sign and free incoming calls in most international markets.
Covering over 100 countries, their plan is pre-paid and there is no charge to receive calls in what they refer to as 60 “popular destinations.” The phone features an unlocked quad-band GSM, SMS Text messaging, and comes with 30 minutes of initial talk time and 24/7 customer service.
At a price of $199.00 and a due date expected in March, the Travel Phone comes with a universal wall charger and international plug adapters. Pre-order and they will toss in a gift card good for 10 free music downloads.
Digicel, a wireless telecommunications operator in the Caribbean and Central America, is now offering its customers the Motofone F3 phone.
The Motofone F3 is now commercially available in Haiti, Jamaica and Guyana, and will eventually hit retail shelves in additional markets later this year.
